Our Commitment
TrustSafeMod is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Compliance Status
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more user-friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We've chosen Level AA as our target.

- Compatible code: We maximize compatibility with current and future user tools
Assessment Approach
TrustSafeMod assesses the accessibility of our platform through a combination of:
- Automated evaluation tools
- Manual evaluation with assistive technologies
- User testing with people who have disabilities
- External accessibility audits by specialists
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, there may be some parts of our platform that are not fully accessible:
- Some older PDF documents may not be properly tagged for screen readers
- Complex data visualizations in the analytics dashboard may not be fully accessible to screen reader users
- Some third-party integrations may have accessibility issues that are beyond our direct control
